Old-fashioned pancakes

Delicious thin and soft pancakes, simple and traditional, perfect for breakfast or snack.

Ingredients:

250 g of flour

3 eggs

50 cl of milk ttt

30 g of sugar

1 sachet of vanilla sugar

1 pinch of salt

30 g of melted butter

Instructions:

Mix the flour, salt, sugar and vanilla sugar.

Add the eggs then the milk little by little, whisking.

Add the melted butter and leave to rest for 30 minutes.

Heat a buttered pan and pour in a ladle of batter.

Cook each pancake for 1 to 2 minutes on each side.

Result: light and tasty pancakes, ready to garnish as you wish
