ABNORMAL BLEEDING (The Most Common Flag)

- Bleeding Between Periods (Spotting): Any bleeding or spotting that occurs outside of your normal menstrual window (intermenstrual bleeding).
- Post-Menopausal Bleeding: Any vaginal bleeding after menopause (defined as 12 consecutive months without a period) is considered abnormal and must be evaluated immediately to rule out serious conditions like uterine or endometrial cancer.
- Bleeding After Sex: Spotting or bleeding after intercourse can indicate inflammation, cervical issues, or abnormal growths like polyps.
