Instructions

Preheat the Oven
Preheat to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or lightly grease it. -
Make the Batter
In a large bowl, whisk together:-
Flour

Almond milk
-
Garlic powder
-
Onion powder
-
Smoked paprika
-
Salt & pepper
→ Mix until smooth.

Coat the Cauliflower

Dip each floret into the batter (let excess drip off).

Then coat with panko (or pork rinds) until well covered.

Place on baking sheet, leaving space between pieces.

Add Crispiness
-
Lightly drizzle or spray with olive oil for an extra crisp texture.

Bake – First Round

Bake for 20 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden and crispy.

Add Sauce
-
Remove from oven and toss cauliflower in BBQ or buffalo sauce.

Bake – Final Round
-
Return to oven for 5 more minutes, or until the sauce caramelizes.

Garnish & Serve
-
Sprinkle with chopped parsley and serve immediately.
