Baked Crispy Cauliflower (with BBQ or Buffalo Sauce)

🔥 Instructions

  1. Preheat the Oven
    Preheat to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or lightly grease it.

  2. Make the Batter
    In a large bowl, whisk together:

    • Flour

    • Almond milk

    • Garlic powder

    • Onion powder

    • Smoked paprika

    • Salt & pepper
      → Mix until smooth.

  3. Coat the Cauliflower

    • Dip each floret into the batter (let excess drip off).

    • Then coat with panko (or pork rinds) until well covered.

    • Place on baking sheet, leaving space between pieces.

  4. Add Crispiness

    • Lightly drizzle or spray with olive oil for an extra crisp texture.

  5. Bake – First Round

    • Bake for 20 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden and crispy.

  6. Add Sauce

    • Remove from oven and toss cauliflower in BBQ or buffalo sauce.

  7. Bake – Final Round

    • Return to oven for 5 more minutes, or until the sauce caramelizes.

  8. Garnish & Serve

    • Sprinkle with chopped parsley and serve immediately.
