Banana Bread

I’ve really been into banana bread these past few days — like, really into it! I’m making it again today, but this time in a regular loaf pan instead of little jars. :))

At home, we love this recipe and never get tired of it, so I’m sharing my favorite version with you again. 🙂

Serves: 4
Prep Time: 30 minutes
Cook Time: 40 minutes

Ingredients:

4 ripe bananas + 1 for decoration

3 eggs

80 g (about 6 tbsp) melted butter

250 g (about 2 cups) flour

140 g (about 2/3 cup) sugar

5 cl (about 3 tbsp) milk

2 teaspoons baking powder

A pinch of salt

Instructions:

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).

In a bowl, mash the bananas with a fork and set aside.

Mix all the dry ingredients together (flour, baking powder, and salt).

Beat the eggs and sugar lightly, then add the milk and melted butter.

Stir in the mashed bananas using a wooden spoon.

Gradually add the dry ingredients, mixing until the batter is smooth.

Grease and flour a loaf pan, pour in the batter, and decorate the top with banana slices.

Bake for about 40 minutes.
