Banana Bread Cinnamon Rolls
1. Make the Dough:
• In a bowl, mix flour, sugar, yeast, salt, and cinnamon.
• Add warm milk, melted butter, mashed banana, and vanilla. Stir until a dough forms.
• Knead for 5 minutes until smooth, then cover and let rise for 1 hour.
2. Prepare the Filling:
• In a small bowl, mix brown sugar and cinnamon.
• Roll out the dough into a 10×12-inch rectangle and spread softened butter over it.
• Sprinkle the cinnamon-sugar mixture evenly on top.
