Simple Homemade Castor Oil Remedy
One of the most popular ways to use castor oil for wellness is through a castor oil pack.
Ingredients

2–3 tablespoons of cold-pressed castor oil

A piece of clean cotton cloth or flannel

Plastic wrap or parchment paper

A warm water bottle or heating pa
Instructions

Fold the cotton cloth into several layers.

Soak the cloth with castor oil until it is fully saturated but not dripping.

Place the cloth over the abdomen or painful joint.

Cover it with plastic wrap.

Apply a heating pad or warm bottle on top.

Leave it in place for 30–45 minutes while relaxing.
