Step 1: Cook the Veggies
- In a skillet over medium-high heat, warm the olive oil.

- Add the sliced bell peppers and onions. Cook for 5–6 minutes, stirring occasionally, until softened and slightly charred.
- Season with garlic powder, chili powder, salt, and pepper. Remove from the skillet and set aside.
Step 2: Heat the Chicken
- In the same skillet, add the cooked chicken and stir until heated through, about 2–3 minutes.
Step 3: Add Ranch and Cheese
- Turn off the heat. Stir in the ranch dressing and shredded cheese until everything is well coated and the cheese starts to melt.
Step 4: Assemble the Burritos
- Warm the tortillas slightly in the microwave or on a dry skillet to make them pliable.

- Divide the filling evenly among the tortillas. Add optional toppings like diced tomatoes, jalapeños, or avocado slices if desired.
Step 5: Wrap and Heat
- Roll the burritos tightly, folding in the sides to secure the filling.
- For a crispy finish, place the burritos seam-side down in a hot skillet for 1–2 minutes per side until golden brown.
Step 6: Serve
- Serve the burritos warm with extra ranch dressing or salsa on the side for dipping.
