Cow Cake simple and delicious
Beat the egg whites, add the sugar when they are stiff and beat with the sugar for about 6-8 minutes (this way you don’t have to add baking powder), after that time add the egg yolks one by one, mix until combined. Then sift the flour and pudding into the egg whites, mix gently with a wooden spoon, pour onto a large baking sheet (about 35×25) lined with baking paper, bake for 30 minutes at 170 degrees.
Pour 1.5 cups of milk into a pot, add sugar and vanilla sugar and bring to a boil. Dissolve both flours in the remaining milk and pour into the boiling milk. Mix and when it thickens, set aside to cool.
