Cow Cake simple and delicious

Make the icing: add the fudge, butter and water to a pot – stir over low heat until nicely dissolved, let cool slightly.
Cream the butter, add the cooled custard and rum one spoon at a time, mix until smooth, spread on the sponge cake and spread. Place the sponge cakes soaked in tea on the mixture, pour the fudge topping on top.
It is best to chill the dough for a few hours in the refrigerator.
