Creamy Garlic Chicken Legs with Herbs Recipe

Season the Chicken: Pat the chicken legs dry and season them with salt, pepper, and paprika.

Sear the Chicken: Heat vegetable oil in a large pan over medium-high heat. Add the chicken and sear until golden brown on all sides. Remove and set aside.

Prepare the Sauce: In the same pan, melt the butter and sauté the minced garlic until fragrant. Pour in the chicken broth and let it simmer for 2 minutes.

Add Cream and Herbs: Stir in the heavy cream, thyme, oregano, and red pepper flakes. Let the sauce simmer for a few minutes until slightly thickened.

Return the Chicken: Place the chicken back into the pan, coating it with the sauce. Cover and let it simmer on low heat for 20-25 minutes, or until the chicken is fully cooked.

Add Parmesan: Sprinkle in the Parmesan cheese and stir gently until melted.

Serve: Garnish with fresh herbs and serve with rice, mashed potatoes, or crusty bread.

Enjoy!
