UPDATE:
Guys, some of you have been asking questions:
I used Coca-Cola, not Diet.
The fillet was 2KG.
I poured the Coca-Cola 2/rds of the way up as the meat produces liquid.
My S/C is 3ltr so a smaller one.
I covered the meat with foil waiting for glaze to cool.
I pre-heated my oven to 200°C/392°F for 10 mins.
I lowered the temp to180°C/356°F and cooked the meat for 20/25 mins.
