Garlic Bread Taco Bites

1 packet taco seasoning (+ extra seasonings to taste)
[Save seasoning packet from biscuit mix for garlic butter]

Mix: Combine all ingredients in large bowl until fully incorporated
Form: Scoop into 1½-2 inch balls using ice cream scoop, place on cookie sheet
Bake: 350°F for 25-30 minutes, then drain on paper towels
Finish: Make garlic butter with reserved seasoning packet, brush on warm bites

Serve: Dip in ranch, queso, or sour cream! SO GOOD!
