Garlic Butter Bacon Rollups

Step 01

Cook ground beef with salt and black pepper. Stir in the cooked bacon and let the mixture cool slightly.

Step 02

Roll out dough into a rectangle approximately 9×13 inches, leaving edges clean for sealing.

Step 03

Spread the beef and bacon mixture over the dough. Sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese evenly. Roll up the dough tightly with the seam-side down.

Step 04

Slice the rolled dough into 1 to 1½-inch rounds. Place on a parchment-lined baking tray, seam-side down.

Step 05

Melt butter and mix with minced garlic and parsley. Brush the tops of the rolls generously with the mixture.

Step 06

Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). Bake the rollups for 15–18 minutes until golden and bubbly.

Step 07

Let the rollups cool for 5 minutes and serve warm with dipping sauces of choice.
