Grape & Rosemary Flatbread

Ingredients

premade refrigerated pizza dough
2 ½ tablespoons olive oil
1/2 teaspoon sea salt
½ teaspoon dried basil
1 ½ cups red grapes, halved
1 ½ tablespoons fresh rosemary leaves
2 tablespoons parmesan cheese, shredded

Preparation

1. Preheat oven to 450 degrees F and roll out pizza dough on parchment paper.
2. Pierce dough with a fork and let rest for 10 minutes.
3. Brush dough with the olive oil and sprinkle the salt and basil over the top. Press the grapes into the dough and top with cheese and rosemary.
4. Bake 15-18 minutes or until the dough begins to brown.
5. Cut into squares and serve warm.
