II.
PAIN AND PRESSURE SYMPTOMS

- Severe, Debilitating Period Pain (Dysmenorrhea): Menstrual cramps that are so painful they interrupt your daily activities, cause you to miss work/school, or are not relieved by over-the-counter pain medication. This is a common symptom of Endometriosis or Adenomyosis.
- Chronic Pelvic Pressure or Heaviness: A constant feeling of fullness, pressure, or “bulkiness” in the lower abdomen or pelvis, often caused by large Uterine Fibroids or an enlarged uterus (Adenomyosis).
- Pain During Intercourse (Dyspareunia): Painful sex that occurs deep inside the pelvis, which can be a primary symptom of Endometriosis (due to scar tissue/inflammation) or large fibroids pressing on the vagina.
