Almonds: 100g
Lotus seeds: 50g
Cashews: 50g
Pumpkin seeds: 50g
Chia seeds: 10g
Flax seeds: 30g
Sunflower seeds: 50g
Roasted chana: 50g
Instructions:

Heat a pan over medium flame and add all the nuts and seeds.
Roast the mixture for about 4-5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Let the mixture cool completely.
Blend the roasted nuts and seeds in a blender until you get a fine powder.
Store the powder in a dry, air-tight container.
