2. Clove and Lemon Syrup for Bronchitis and Sinusitis
Ingredients:
- 10 whole cloves
- Juice of 1 lemon
- 1 cup of water
- 1 tablespoon of grated ginger
- 1 tablespoon of honey
Preparation:
- Boil water with cloves and grated ginger for 10 minutes.
- Strain the mixture and add lemon juice and honey.
- Let it cool before consumption.
How to Consume:
