1 zucchini (sliced) 
1 tablespoon olive oil 
Salt and pepper 
Lettuce leaves 
4 brioche buns 
2 tablespoons mayonnaise 
2 tablespoons ketchup 
Pickles (optional) 
Steps:
Prepare the Grilled Veggies:Toss the red onion, bell pepper, and zucchini slices with olive oil, salt, and pepper. 

Grill the veggies over medium-high heat for 2-3 minutes per side until tender and slightly charred. Remove from heat and set aside. 

Cook the Bacon:In a skillet or on the grill, cook the bacon strips until crispy. Remove and set on paper towels to drain excess grease. 
Form and Season the Burger Patties:Divide the ground beef into 4 equal portions and form into patties slightly larger than your buns.
