Stuffed Pretzel Bites

King’s Hawaiian has made these pillow-y pretzel bites for this very recipe

These King’s Hawaiian pretzel bites are inspired by Korean cream cheese rolls. I saw these cute little pretzel bites in the store and I knew I had to make some gameday food with them, so I sliced each one open and spread some cream cheese inside. I layered the cheese-filled pretzels in a springform cake pan and brushed each layer with Dijon garlic butter. I separated each layer of pretzel bites with mozzarella cheese and baked it until it was all melty. A cheesy pull-apart bread that I served with a delicious queso cheese dip. These are a TOUCHDOWN!

Mustard and pretzels have been a match-made in heaven for a long time. Be sure to use a grainy mustard for the glaze on these so each bite packs a mustardy punch. I used Dijon mustard as well to help get that tangy mustard flavor into the butter mixture.

Stuff these with your favorite brand and flavor of cream cheese to make these ultimately customizable. I love hard pretzels with chive cream cheese, so no-brainer. Try kicking it up a notch with your go to whipped cream cheese recipe. Hot sauce anyone?

The process of stuffing each pretzel bite with cream cheese looks like a time-consuming one, but it takes no more than five minutes after you’ve sliced each pretzel bite down the middle.
Do you have a go-to dipping sauce for your soft pretzels? USE that. It makes this recipe even more personal and adaptable to who you are. Now’s your chance to introduce everyone to your favorite new dip.

Either prepare this overnight or reheat on-site for all your friends to enjoy!

Bring these bites to the gameday bash or Super Bowl Sunday and you’re friends will finish this before halftime. I mean it’s soft pretzels stuffed with cheese, topped with cheese, and even dipped in cheese. Can it get anymore cheesy?
