Ingredients
48 King’s Hawaiian pretzel bites (2 containers)
1 – 7.5 oz. tub chive cream cheese
6 garlic cloves, finely minced
2 tablespoons whole grain mustard
2 teaspoons Dijon mustard
1/4 cup Parmigiano cheese, finely grated
1 stick unsalted butter, melted
8 oz. grated mozzarella cheese
Cheese sauce, for serving
Preparation
1. Preheat the oven to 400° F and prepare an 8-inch springform pan on a half sheet tray.
2. Slit each pretzel bites 70% like a hot dog and spread a teaspoon of chive cream cheese.
3. In a bowl, mix together the melted butter, parmesan, mustards, and minced garlic. Set aside
4. Arrange one layer of pretzel bites on the first layer of the prepared springform, then brush with half the butter mixture. 5. Top with half the cheese, the continue with another layer repeating each step. Bake for 12 – 15 minutes until the cheese is golden and bubbly.
6. Serve with your choice of dipping.
