Texas Sheet Cake Cookies

Preheat the oven to 350°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Mix the cake batter: In a large bowl, combine the chocolate cake mix, eggs, vegetable oil, and milk until a thick dough forms. Stir in chopped pecans if desired.
Scoop dough onto the prepared baking sheet, forming 1-inch balls. Flatten slightly with the back of a spoon.
Bake for 8-10 minutes or until the edges are set. Let the cookies cool on the baking sheet.
