This chicken salad is delicious! The best I’ve ever had in my life!!!

A delicious croissant with  chicken salad… It’s hard to wait for dinner when you know what’s in your lunchbox!

Ingredients List:

    • 3 to 4 cups of cooked chicken, cut into pieces.
    • 1 cup of red grapes, seedless and cut in half.
    • 1/2 cup of sliced almonds.
    • 2 celery stalks, diced.
    • 3 green onions, finely chopped.
    • 2 tablespoons of fresh dill, chopped.
    • 1 tablespoon of fresh parsley, chopped.
    • 1 teaspoon of garlic powder.
    • 1 cup of  mayonnaise.
    •  Juice of 1 lemon.
    • 1 tablespoon of Dijon mustard.
    • 1 teaspoon of salt.
    • Freshly ground black pepper, to taste.
