Step 1: Soften the Cream Cheese

    1. Ensure the cream cheese is at room temperature for easy mixing. If it’s still cold, microwave it in 10-second intervals until softened but not melted.

Step 2: Beat the Cream Cheese

  1. Place the softened cream cheese in a large mixing bowl.
  2. Using an electric mixer, beat the cream cheese on medium speed for 3 minutes , or until smooth and fluffy.

Step 3: Add the Ranch Seasoning

  1. Sprinkle the ranch seasoning mix over the cream cheese.
  2. Continue mixing for 1 additional minute , ensuring the seasoning is evenly distributed throughout the cream cheese.

Step 4: Fold in the Vegetables

    1. Using a rubber spatula, gently fold in the finely diced carrot , red bell pepper , broccoli , and green onions .
  1. Mix until all the vegetables are well-integrated with the cream cheese mixture. Be careful not to overmix, as you want to preserve the vibrant colors and textures of the veggies.

Step 5: Serve or Store

  1. Transfer the veggie cream cheese to a serving bowl or an airtight container.
