1 glass (250 ml) warm filtered water

Juice of 1/2 organic lemon

1 tablespoon organic apple cider vinegar (with the « mother »)

1/2 teaspoon ground turmeric

A pinch of black pepper (activates turmeric)

1 teaspoon raw honey (optional)
Preparation:

Warm the water slightly (not hot—just warm enough to drink comfortably).

Add lemon juice, apple cider vinegar, turmeric, and black pepper.

Stir well until ingredients are fully dissolved.

Add honey if desired, stir again, and drink on an empty stomach in the morning.
