In autumn we can do general pruning, although it will always depend on the growth of the geranium. For this we recommend cutting the thinnest and weakest branches directly from the base. Geraniums can live 40 years or more if we take proper care of them. For geraniums to bloom properly, they need many hours of light. Therefore, if you have a very bright balcony, take the opportunity to plant your geraniums in that corner. During the afternoon make sure they have some shade to avoid overexposure to the sun. The ideal temperature for this type of plant is between 18 and 20 ºC.
