Black Forest Dessert in a Glass
Ingredients:
250g sour cherries in syrup
, 200g chocolate biscuits (such as speculoos),
300g fromage blanc ( or cream
cheese), 2 tablespoons icing sugar,
100g dark chocolate
, 10cl heavy cream
Preparation:
Crush the biscuits into crumbs. Set aside.
Mix the fromage blanc with the icing sugar. Chill.
